Job Summary

This role is centered on the team-based manufacturing of solid pharmaceuticals, ensuring strict adherence to all legal hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. The operator will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of automated machinery throughout the production process. A critical component of the job involves performing GMP-compliant In-Process Controls (IPCs) and meticulously documenting all manufacturing steps and cleaning procedures according to valid Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must maintain high standards of order and cleanliness within the production area, manage logbooks properly, and report any deviations or malfunctions immediately. The ideal candidate holds formal training as a Pharmaceutical Production Specialist (Pharmakant) or an equivalent scientific qualification, possesses good German and English skills, and demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to work within a structured 3-shift system.
