Job Summary

This Service Engineer role involves providing comprehensive onsite and remote IT and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) support for a leading IT service provider in Germany. Day-to-day tasks include installing and upgrading standard hardware (desktops, workstations, notebooks, tablets, phones) and software, managing user accounts, handling UCC hardware requests, and processing SIM card provisions. The role also encompasses managing repair orders for mobile devices, maintaining asset data, overseeing leasing hardware inventory, coordinating office relocations, and supervising external technicians. A key responsibility is the efficient processing, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of incident and change tickets. This position is ideal for an IT professional with strong hardware and network knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering valuable experience in complex project environments and opportunities for professional development.
