Job Summary

This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the IT infrastructure within schools in Pankow, Germany. The IT Expert will be responsible for providing technical assistance to teachers and administration, resolving IT issues promptly, and performing regular maintenance on various IT components including end devices, peripherals, network components, and servers. Key responsibilities also include user account management, client configuration, software distribution, and administration of school servers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of heterogeneous IT landscapes, including client-server structures, networks, security, and storage. Experience with switch management, IP infrastructure, patching, and cabling is essential, along with the ability to maintain technical documentation and manage hardware/software inventories.
