Job Summary

As an IT Project Lead, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of software implementation projects for medical practices, MVZs (Medical Care Centers), clinics, and partners. Your day-to-day will involve close client communication to define project requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and meticulously manage budgets, deadlines, and milestones. You'll navigate unforeseen challenges with flexibility, ensuring timely adjustments. Upon project completion, you'll secure client acceptance and collaborate with the team on documentation, billing, and post-project analysis to drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to take significant responsibility, work creatively, and make a vital contribution to clients and the company, either from the Berlin HQ or remotely.
