Job Summary

This IT Project Lead role is central to the successful planning and execution of critical software implementation projects across medical practices, health centers (MVZs), and clinics. Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular customer contact to define precise project requirements, translating these needs into detailed tasks and project plans, and rigorously monitoring budget, deadlines, and milestones. The position demands high flexibility to adapt plans effectively during unforeseen challenges. Key to success is obtaining final project acceptance, ensuring thorough documentation, managing billing, and conducting project evaluations to drive continuous improvement processes. Candidates must possess a background in (Medical) Informatics or Health Management, coupled with several years of dedicated project management experience. Strong organizational talent, management skills for resource prioritization, and excellent communication abilities are essential for coordinating closely with external partners and internal departments like Sales and Finance.
