Job Summary
As a Senior Solution Expert ServiceNow at STACKIT, you will be a primary point of contact and consultant for customers and partners, providing expert advice on ServiceNow-based solutions. You will translate customer requirements into compelling proposals and decision templates, supporting the Sales team with technical inquiries and pricing for ServiceNow offerings. This role involves addressing technical questions during customer tenders, collaborating with Business Development for market entry, and working with Marketing to shape the external representation of STACKIT's ServiceNow portfolio. You will engage with modern cloud architectures, ensure successful Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) through close collaboration with stakeholders, and provide comprehensive training and support to customers. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about cloud technology and customer success.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the ServiceNow environment
- Experience with ITIL
- Experience with cloud platforms like STACKIT, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (advantageous)
- Experience in customer and partner consulting
