Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive management of CRM systems and data analytics to optimize field force operations and strategic business steering. The manager will be responsible for the administrative support and maintenance of the IQMED CRM system, including data interfaces and quality assurance. A key aspect of the role is providing first-level support and training to the field force, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving analytical queries within the CRM context. Additionally, the position focuses on data-driven business steering, offering analytical consultation to management, developing and implementing orchestrated communication strategies, and creating detailed reports using tools like Power BI and Excel. The manager will also oversee sampling processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with HCBI and data protection regulations, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
