Job Summary

This role involves managing and ensuring compliance with complex international trade, customs, and export control regulations across the entire corporate group. The manager will be responsible for assessing compliance risks in existing and prospective business transactions, developing and implementing global policies, procedures, and monitoring measures related to customs and export control. Key tasks include ensuring adherence to international, European, and US export control regulations (AWG, EAR, OFAC, etc.), defining and implementing requirements within IT structures like SAP GTS, and conducting due diligence checks. The ideal candidate will have a legal or business background, extensive knowledge of international trade law, and several years of relevant professional experience, coupled with fluency in both German and English, and strong organizational skills to independently lead complex projects.
