The University of Rostock is seeking a dedicated Technical Assistant to join its Waste and Material Flow Management department. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technical Assistant, Environmental Technical Assistant, Wastewater Technology Specialist, Circular and Waste Management Specialist, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience with workflows in chemical/process engineering laboratories (desirable)
- Experience and knowledge in handling various analytical techniques (desirable)
- Professional experience in Waste and Material Flow Management

- Class B driving license (Class BE desirable) with willingness and ability to drive a service vehicle (minibus); Minimum physical fitness for heavier project tasks; High tolerance for odors and working with waste, agricultural fertilizers, and residues.
