Job Summary
As a Specialist for Innovative Healthcare Services, you will be instrumental in analyzing and identifying digital improvement potentials for new and existing healthcare offerings, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and financial efficiency. Your daily tasks will involve developing medical care pathways, potentially across different health insurance providers, and conducting data analyses on insured populations to ensure needs-based and efficient service delivery. You will also design and optimize processes, leveraging digital solutions and automation, and support the implementation and testing phases of new concepts. This role requires ensuring compliance with legal and contractual regulations within the organization and representing the BAHN-BKK in relevant external committees. This position offers a stable, full-time role with flexible working hours and opportunities for mobile work within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or Medical Informatics, or a business/administrative degree with a health economics background. Alternatively, a vocational qualification as a Social Insurance Clerk with a further education degree in Health Insurance or a degree in Health Insurance Management. Comparable educational backgrounds are also considered.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a related field or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Excellent knowledge of medical care pathways and care management
- Good knowledge of social security regulations, especially contract law
- Good understanding of the organizational structures of statutory health insurance funds
