Job Summary

This role requires an IT professional to act as the primary point of contact for all user hardware and software issues within the IT support structure. Daily tasks involve managing, processing, and documenting incoming support requests through a ticketing system. The administrator is responsible for independently analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving user problems, or escalating complex issues to specialized teams. Furthermore, the role involves providing essential support for client and server environments, overseeing the procurement, monitoring, and installation of internal hardware and software products. A crucial aspect of this position is the continuous review and optimization of existing IT processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office administration, and ideally, prior professional experience in IT support, particularly with software specific to health insurance providers.
