Job Summary

This role is for a Civil Engineer or Landscape Construction Engineer to join the Rural Development Service Center Rheinpfalz in Neustadt. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of civil engineering tasks within land consolidation procedures, including planning of access roads and water management facilities, developing road and water plans, and assisting with financial plans. Key responsibilities also involve overseeing construction implementation, conducting official construction supervision, and reviewing expenditure reports. The position requires strong knowledge of construction contract procedures (VOB) and fee regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CAD software.
