Job Summary

This role involves the conception, development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical procedures within the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) environment, specifically supporting land consolidation processes (Flurbereinigung). The successful candidate will provide statewide technical support for these procedures, contribute to training and professional development regarding technical innovations, and participate in relevant technical working groups. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualification in Informatics or Geoinformatics, coupled with very strong IT and programming skills, particularly in Python, and good knowledge of GIS and object-oriented databases. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor of Science or Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Informatics, Geoinformatics, or comparable scientific qualification with a specialization in Informatics/Geoinformatics. Students expecting to complete necessary examinations by mid-2026 are also eligible.
