This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for a leading IT solutions provider experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for remote support of IT users across Germany, managing approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, and offering application support for Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. Key responsibilities also include independently resolving IT issues and requests, meticulous documentation in a ticketing system, and central software distribution.
