Job Summary
This role offers a direct entry into a critical IT environment within an established technology company in Hamburg, specializing in complex technical systems for a safety-relevant industry. As a First Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for IT issues and service requests, classifying and documenting tickets, and assisting with troubleshooting and resolution for client-side issues. You will also be responsible for setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and mobile devices, escalating complex issues to Second Level Support, and contributing to IT documentation and smaller projects. The ideal candidate will have an IT-related education or equivalent qualification, good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365, and strong service orientation and communication skills. This position offers a permanent contract, a 37-hour work week with flexible hours, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive team.
