Job Summary

As a Cyber Hygiene Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the bank's IT infrastructure by overseeing vulnerability and configuration compliance management. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing, assessing, prioritizing, and tracking vulnerabilities, as well as deviations from defined configuration standards across various IT systems, applications, and infrastructures. You will coordinate central patch management processes for platforms like Windows, Linux, databases, middleware, network technology, and cloud services, collaborating closely with operational teams to implement security-relevant patches and standardized secure system configurations. This role is crucial for developing and refining policies and processes for configuration control and technical compliance, defining KPIs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Cyber Hygiene Framework. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, significant experience in IT security management, and deep knowledge of vulnerability management processes and patch cycles in large, complex IT environments.
