Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Security Incident Manager to serve as the critical interface between the Active Defense Center and the Group-CISO within the Cyber Risk & Information Security division of a major German bank. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating and overseeing the processing of security incidents as the 2nd Line of Defense, developing the bank's cyber crisis organization, and ensuring compliance with incident management security requirements. The manager will also systematically assess the current cyber threat landscape, produce detailed incident reports, and drive continuous process improvement through 'Lessons Learned' workshops and regular tabletop exercises. Successful candidates must hold a relevant university degree (e.g., IT, Engineering), possess extensive experience in security incident management, ideally within the financial sector, and demonstrate knowledge of SOC processes and information security standards (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
