Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Tax Lawyer or Tax Advisor specializing in succession, wealth, and foundation law, to join a leading independent law firm in Cologne or Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The successful candidate will independently advise entrepreneurs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on complex international tax law matters, including structuring wealth, investments, and participations, as well as guiding inheritance and gift tax declarations. A key aspect of the role involves designing wealth and business successions and advising non-profit organizations on charitable law.
