The professional will be instrumental in shaping complex national and cross-border M&A transactions, managing deals from the initial concept through to closing, and taking on early independent responsibility. Key daily activities include advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate law issues, including transformations and restructurings on an international scale. The ideal candidate must possess professional experience in M&A, strong skills in transaction management, and the ability to draft and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents.
