Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture Management team at Hamburg Airport's IT subsidiary, AIRSYS. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, operating, and evolving the Microsoft Azure landscape, defining architectural guidelines, and ensuring compliance with security standards. They will also create cloud roadmaps, provide 2nd-level support for cloud services, and act as a central point of contact for key users and projects. This position requires strong cloud expertise, particularly with Azure, and a proactive approach to continuous professional development. It's an opportunity to contribute to the overarching IT strategy of a major German airport.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or comparable education
Experience
- Long-term, relevant experience in IT
- Several years of experience in operating business-critical, complex, and highly available applications
- In-depth knowledge in the use of cloud services, ideally Microsoft Azure
