Job Summary

This role is for an IT Emergency Manager with a focus on IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) within a leading digitalization partner for the cooperative financial group in Germany. The successful candidate will work in the 2nd Line of Defense, managing and steering ITSCM for the entire company, including planning, exercises, effectiveness controls, and reporting. A key responsibility will be the digitalization of ITSCM processes, methods, templates, and tools. The position also involves developing emergency and crisis management strategies, conducting training, and representing emergency management within the crisis team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, excellent knowledge of relevant ISO standards, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
