Estimator Technical Building Services (TGA) | Kalkulator Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves independently calculating costs for technical building services (HVAC / Electrical) projects, covering both new construction and renovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously reviewing tender documents, assessing technical and economic feasibility, and determining quantities from drawings and BIM models. A key part of the job includes obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids, developing cost-optimized technical solutions, and maintaining calculation databases. This position requires strong cost understanding and entrepreneurial thinking, working collaboratively with planners and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids, while also contributing to sales support and market analysis.
