As a Customer Service Associate for the DACH region, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B customers, managing their orders from entry to delivery, including returns and general inquiries. This role involves extensive use of ERP systems, ideally SAP, for order processing and data maintenance. You will communicate proactively about potential delivery issues and product availability, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams like logistics, sales, and finance, as well as external warehouse partners. You'll also contribute to process optimization within the customer service department, operating in an international, hybrid work environment with a focus on service excellence and sustainability.
