Job Summary

Join the Kiel Office for Building Regulations, City Surveying, and Geoinformation as a Process and Innovation Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing strategies and concepts for project and process management, collaborating closely with leadership. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating, planning, and evaluating digitalization and other projects, as well as creating and optimizing process maps to identify weaknesses and implement improvements. A key responsibility will be to establish and maintain project and process controlling, including tracking key performance indicators and conducting deviation analyses. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH-Diplom) with a standard study period of at least 6 semesters in: Business Administration, Administrative Management, Public Management, Political Science, Administrative Science, Public Law, or Law; OR Civil service examination/qualification for the first entry-level of career group two, General Services; OR Completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Employee Training Course II).
