Job Summary

The Kiel Office for Children and Youth Facilities is seeking a Process and Innovation Officer to join its Central Control and Intendancy staff unit. This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategies, concepts, and standards for project and process management within the office. The successful candidate will coordinate, plan, and evaluate digitalization and other key projects, create and optimize process maps, and establish a robust project and process controlling system. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH-Diplom) with a minimum standard study period of 6 semesters in: Business Administration, Administrative Management, Public Management, Political Science, Administrative Science, Public Law, or Law; OR qualification for the first entry-level of career group two, general services; OR completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Employee Training Course II).

Experience
