Job Summary

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and implement construction projects or complex sub-projects, including expansions, renovations, and maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing planning and tendering processes, preparing standardized documentation for technical building equipment and fire protection, and fulfilling client-side construction duties. You will conduct technical reviews and approvals of planning proposals, including cost estimates, and manage budgeting and cost estimation for individual measures. A key aspect of the role is coordinating general contractors, general planners, specialist engineers, and authorities, while also ensuring cost, schedule, and quality control. This position requires strong project management, construction law expertise, and the ability to manage complex construction documentation.
