Job Summary

As a Principal Expert in Prototype Strategy and Application, you will be a key figure in shaping the future IT landscape for Germany's public sector, particularly within the defense context. You will take lead responsibility for a specific area of sensor technology, focusing on its development from Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5 to 8, including deep analysis and integration of production methods. Your role involves developing and implementing new rules and standards for productization, creating innovative solutions using new methodologies in military prototype contexts, and advising BWI leadership. You will also identify strategic technological developments in the defense market, particularly in sensor technology, and establish processes for integrating these advancements into the BWI portfolio. This position requires a strong background in sensor technologies, experience with classified information, and excellent communication skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
