Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of ensuring the safe and sterile reprocessing of medical instruments and devices for a client in the Weißenhorn region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of medical equipment, meticulously documenting each step in accordance with RKI and MPG guidelines. Key duties also include the inspection, maintenance, and care of sterilization and cleaning equipment, as well as the timely provision of sterile goods to operating rooms, wards, and functional areas. This position requires strict adherence to hygiene standards within the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) and active participation in quality assurance and process optimization. Collaboration with nursing staff, the surgical team, and other departments is essential to ensure timely supply. The ideal candidate will possess a completed training as a Technical Sterilization Assistant with specialized knowledge (Fachkunde I and ideally Fachkunde II) and relevant professional experience in a medical device reprocessing unit.
