This long-term, permanent position seeks a Technical Sterilization Assistant to ensure the safe and timely reprocessing of medical devices in a Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). Key responsibilities include the professional cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment, strictly adhering to RKI and Medical Device Act (MPG) guidelines. The role involves meticulous documentation of all reprocessing steps, quality control, and maintenance of sterilization equipment like autoclaves. Candidates must possess completed training as a Technical Sterilization Assistant, holding Expertise Module I and ideally Module II. Relevant professional experience within a Medical Device Reprocessing Unit (MDRU/AEMP) is essential. The position requires flexibility for shift work, primarily late shifts, and participation in on-call duty one weekend or holiday per month.
