This role is for an IT Help Desk Specialist responsible for providing first-level user support, configuring and deploying end-user devices, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include handling support requests, escalating issues to second-level support, managing patch management, and optimizing printer management. The specialist will also contribute to IT projects and the expansion of IT Service Management, alongside documenting systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Server-Client products in a mid-sized IT environment. Completed IT-related training (e.g., IT Specialist)
Experience
- Professional experience with central administration interfaces and automated IT processes in a mid-sized IT environment
- Routine handling of common Microsoft Server-Client products
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange (advantageous)
- Experience with virtualized client environments (advantageous)
- Experience with IT security (advantageous)
- Experience with IT documentation (advantageous)
