Job Summary

This role is for an IT HelpDesk Specialist responsible for providing essential first-level user support. Key daily tasks involve processing user support inquiries, initial qualification of issues, and efficient forwarding to the 2nd level support team. The specialist will also be crucial in configuring and deploying end-user devices, maintaining central patch management systems, and optimizing the organization's printer management infrastructure. Furthermore, you will assist in various IT Service Management projects and ensure comprehensive documentation of all supported systems and processes. Candidates must possess successfully completed vocational training in the IT field and demonstrate high service orientation and strong communication skills. You should be routinely proficient with standard Microsoft Server and Client products and have experience managing central administration interfaces in a mid-sized IT environment. This permanent position offers above-tariff compensation and the attractive possibility of being taken over by the client.
