This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support within a growing team, assisting IT users across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for remote support, managing approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, and providing application support for Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. Key responsibilities include independently handling IT incidents and requests, meticulously documenting all activities in a ticketing system, and performing administration, installation, and central software distribution tasks.
