Job Summary

This strategic role involves managing the critical portfolio related to Cyberspace, Electromagnetic Space (CSE), and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within the Swiss Cyber Command. You will be instrumental in further developing the portfolio and leading the sub-portfolio using modern agile methodologies, specifically SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) within Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). Key responsibilities include conducting strategic analyses, driving planning variants for the Cyber Command's development, and supporting leadership in the successful introduction of SAFe and LPM methods. This position requires a professional who can maintain a holistic view, transition seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution, and leverage their expertise to manage resources across finance, personnel, and risk domains, contributing directly to Switzerland's security model.
