Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of Downstream Process (DSP) development and transferring these processes from the laboratory to pilot scale. The Associate Expert will be responsible for planning and executing DSP unit operations in a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment for technical and clinical campaigns. Key responsibilities also include developing and implementing new process technologies for optimization, creating essential documentation like risk analyses and batch protocols, and coordinating equipment qualification and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of downstream unit operations, several years of professional experience in DSP process development, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
