Job Summary

As a Team Lead Data Engineering, you will be instrumental in developing a deep understanding of company data to inform critical business decisions. You will lead a team responsible for the technical analysis, design, and implementation of ETL and real-time analytics processes, ensuring their continuous improvement for optimal quality and reliability. Day-to-day, you'll actively work with a modern data stack, primarily Snowflake and dbt, modeling data from various touchpoints like the shop, ERP, marketing, and product systems to analyze customer and product data. You'll also use Reverse-ETL to transfer insights back to business applications, leveraging your Python and SQL expertise.
