Job Summary

As an IT Engineer for Onsite Support, you will be a key member of a support team, providing essential hardware and software assistance directly at client locations. Your daily tasks will involve performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) operations, servicing client workplaces, printers, mobile devices, and network components. You'll ensure operational continuity and high service quality, provide user training, and meticulously document all service activities within ticketing systems and client databases. This role requires a background in IT, experience in 1st and 2nd level field support, and familiarity with Microsoft products and network technology.
