Job Summary
The University of Würzburg is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead its HR department, overseeing strategic and operational HR for over 4,500 employees. Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific university degree (Master or University Diploma) or qualification for the fourth qualification level (public service career path)
Experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in public service
- Several years of leadership experience in human resources management
- Experience in successful optimization of administrative processes
- Ideally, experience in the higher education sector
Languages
Additional
- Civil servant status up to A 16 (Senior Government Director) possible, alternatively permanent employment under TV-L collective agreement. Permanent position.
