Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist in Resource and Data Management, focusing on planning, staffing, and reporting within the ERP Resource Management department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the digital readiness of the German Armed Forces by supporting the management of ERP in implementing orders, managing planning and forecasts, and coordinating external service providers. Day-to-day tasks include performing data analysis and maintenance in Excel, preparing customer invoices, controlling incoming invoices, and supporting workshops and meetings through preparation of presentations and minutes. This position requires strong data analysis and quality skills, a team-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities, contributing to one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures.
