Job Summary

As a Lean & Digital Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation towards a Smart Factory. Your day will involve analyzing and optimizing administrative and production processes with a focus on digitalization and automation, aiming to create transparent and lean workflows. You will be responsible for planning and implementing Smart Factory solutions, actively utilizing low-code tools and programming languages to develop applications that automate manual processes. This role requires you to manage digitalization projects from concept to rollout, collaborate closely with process owners, and provide training and support to employees on new tools and processes. You will also be instrumental in continuously developing the company's tool landscape and enhancing organizational digital literacy, contributing to the overall maturity of the plant.
