Job Summary

This leadership role involves heading the Field Service FACTS team, overseeing installation activities for global energy infrastructure projects. The Head of Field Service is responsible for strategic leadership and operational management, ensuring all site activities adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while maintaining cost-effectiveness. A key focus is promoting a culture of Zero Harm and continuous improvement, acting as the electrically authorized person (vEFK), and ensuring compliance with electrical engineering and assembly standards. The role requires defining and implementing effective installation strategies, standardizing processes, and driving the adoption of digital and AI-supported solutions to optimize site execution. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, and comprehensive background in site and project management for EPC projects in the energy sector, coupled with fluent German and very good English skills.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Further certifications are advantageous

Experience

  • Extensive experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Professional experience in successfully implementing organizational changes
  • Extensive experience in site and project management of EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector
  • Deep understanding of project execution, including contract management, risk minimization, and cost control
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a multinational company
