Job Summary
This role involves providing essential first-level IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for students, teachers, and staff regarding IT system usage. Key responsibilities include managing Surface tablets for apprentices, user and permission administration, and assisting with the implementation of a new training system and the design of new IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and experience with Microsoft environments and server administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented individual to contribute to the development of a modern IT landscape.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in Microsoft environments (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune)
- Experience in Server Administration
- Knowledge in Software Distribution
- Knowledge in Network Management
- Knowledge in Database Administration (SQL)
