Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for a full-service provider specializing in small and medium-sized businesses in Munich and Upper Bavaria. This role involves both remote and on-site work, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems. Key responsibilities include deploying and documenting customer IT, resolving issues, managing networks, routers, firewalls, and Office 365, and implementing customized IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant technical education and strong practical experience with MS Exchange, cloud solutions, backups, security, and current server systems running Windows, Linux, and Apple. This position offers a permanent contract, a 4-day work week supplemented by on-call duty, and the possibility of working from home, making it an attractive opportunity for a skilled IT professional.
