Job Summary

This role is pivotal in managing and evolving existing requirements management processes, including analysis, structuring, review, and evaluation. The successful candidate will act as a crucial interface between specialist departments, implementation teams, and commissioning ministries, ensuring customer needs are understood and harmonized with the department's strategic direction. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing detailed functional and technical requirements using methods like Use Cases and User Stories, coordinating implementation, overseeing test management, and supporting procurement processes for new software and hardware.
