Job Summary

The ZUG gGmbH is seeking a Head of IT Support to lead a team of approximately ten professionals responsible for 1st and 2nd level IT support, as well as coordinating 2nd and 3rd level support with other digital departments. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable field; OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration/Application Development) with four years of demonstrable equivalent skills and knowledge in the described area of responsibility; OR 6 years of professional experience in the described area.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in IT Support and using ticketing systems
  • Experience in lateral leadership, with the ability to lead employees in a motivating, empathetic, and cooperative manner
  • Knowledge of labor law, social security law, severe disability law, and works constitution law
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Client/Server)
  • Experience with network and server management
