Job Summary

The City of Wolfenbüttel is seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join its IT Service department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing qualified technical support, performing problem analysis, and resolving IT issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware for internal users, as well as the administration and maintenance of Windows Servers. You will also manage user accounts and access rights, document support processes, create reports and manuals for the knowledge database, and provide training to staff on IT resources.
