Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Technical Support Specialist passionate about analyzing and resolving IT issues. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and classifying technical incidents, documenting them in a ticketing system, and actively assisting in troubleshooting IT problems. Key tasks include managing user accounts, access rights, master data, and loan devices, as well as performing software installations and providing user training on IT resources. The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical or commercial vocational training, experience with standard IT problems, excellent communication skills for non-technical users, and strong organizational skills.
