The successful candidate will play a central role in the 'ANDROGEN' project, investigating how genetic variants impact male reproductive health. Day-to-day tasks involve performing single-nucleus and bulk RNA sequencing, validating gene expression through IHC and Western blotting, and analyzing large-scale transcriptomic data using R and Python.
