Chemical Laboratory Technician | Chemielaborant (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves hands-on laboratory work, focusing on the planning and execution of synthesis reactions, particularly polymerizations, on a lab scale within an innovation lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and characterizing prepared samples, conducting formulation and coating experiments, and independently documenting and interpreting results. Close collaboration with the lab team is essential, as is supporting the scale-up of lab products to production scale. The ideal candidate will have a background as a chemical laboratory technician, initial professional experience, and ideally knowledge of polymers or polymer dispersions. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and excellent communication in both German and English are key for this position.
