In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing transfer activities for cell culture processes, specifically in Downstream Processing up to a 12,000 L scale. Your day-to-day will involve leading a technical sub-team to implement processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Project Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs. You will independently create transfer documentation, process descriptions, and campaign reports, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to root cause analysis for production deviations.
