Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Quality Engineer specializing in the electrification components of commercial vehicles (trucks) within the Zero Emission Vehicle segment. The core responsibilities involve electrical fault analysis, processing escalated support tickets, and systematic troubleshooting using the established 8D method. You will be responsible for checking and updating vehicle documentation, capturing and tracking errors in the documentation system (DIM), and conducting root cause interviews with technical experts to derive corrective measures. A key part of the job involves preparing and presenting project status updates and detailed analysis results to internal and external stakeholders.
